• We began taking reservations starting on January 1^st, 2008.
• Reservations require 1 night deposit; Except for Holiday and Event weekends which need to be paid in full.
• All major holidays require a minimum of 3 nights (Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc).
• All Activitiy weekends require a 2 night minimum (Hawaiian Weekend, Oldies on the Beach, etc).

When calling and making a reservation, we must receive your 1^st night deposit fee within 10 days of your reservation date, or your reservation will be canceled.

~ Cancellation Policy ~

When canceling a reservation before 7 days of your arrival date you will be issued a rain check, not a refund.

If you cancel withing 7 days of your arrival date you will forfeit your deposit.
